In case you didn’t know we pay a lot of attention to where our coffee beans come from. We have been working with Rufus at Cavan Coffee for the past two years, he helps us pick the green beans, roasts the coffee (specifically to our water, crazy) and graces us with the presence of his adorable baby. He’s a roasting genius and he has taught us so much about coffee, sourcing beans, and how to get the best out of your espresso. We can’t recommend Cavan enough, they have an amazing space and their coffee is out of this world.

It’s affogato season!!! A double shot of espresso over vanilla ice cream, you can’t beat it. We make our vanilla ice cream in house and it is seriously delicious. Who needs euro summer when you have Flight cafe?

Our vanilla ice cream contains dairy but check out our other flavours if you’re dairy free!

Looking for a quick lunch downtown? We are taking part in the Downtown Cambridge Grab & Go lunch initiative! We will have our Vegan Chickpea Wrap and our Classic Italian sandwich ready and waiting for you this Wednesday. Both sandwiches are under $10, and delicious.

Tomorrow happens to be Canada Day and it is extremely hot so if you’re off work, trying to beat the heat, and need a spot to get a quick lunch, come on down. We will be open until 3pm July 1!

Can you believe it’s almost June?? And it’s hot outside??? Life is so good now that you can go outside and drink matcha on our patio. It’s dog friendly, there is lots of shade, and we are even licensed to serve alcohol out there. Grab a pal and come enjoy.

Stop by The Witty & Co this Saturday and every Saturday going forward to pick up a cheeky loaf of our house made focaccia. We’ve got two different toppings for you, rosemary and cherry tomatoes, and plain ol sea salt. While you’re there tell Greg you love him and maybe pet a dog or two.
