June is Men’s Mental Health Month and we want to help bring awareness ❤️
Did you know that approximately 8 men die by su***de every single day? 😢

It’s a statistic we don’t hear about nearly enough, especially when it comes to men.

The “tough guy,” the provider, the protector, the one who supports and nourishes everyone else — he needs support too.
We often see men as the “strong ones” and forget that strength can still hurt silently.

This month, take a few extra minutes to recognize the men in your life.
The popular guy who always seems happy online, the brother who sits quietly with his thoughts, the dad who never shows anything but strength.

Check on them. Show them love. Listen. Be there ❤️

Behind the scenes and quietly, we help where we can — but this month we’d love to get our community involved too.

We are starting a donation campaign in support of local men’s shelters, encampments and “Indwell” an amazing organization that everyone should know about! (we’ll be sharing more about them very soon 😊)

This entire month

We will be collecting:

• Hygiene products
• food non perishable and frozen
• Socks/undergarments
• Clothing
• Kitchen supplies
• towels
• bathroom tissue
• paper towels etc.

As a thank you, every donation brought in will get your name entered into a draw to win 1 of 2 $50 gift certificates to Cyprianna’s Pizzeria 🍕❤️

We are back to full swing this week!
Although I need to take it a little easier still, there’s a lot going on and this gal is back in her kitchen and ready to ride the heck out of this week!!

HOMEMADE SOUP creamy, cheesy chicken with rotini noodles and heart veggies! It’s fricken delicious!!

Happy Friday everyone!

I am happy to report that I am on the mend and feeling a lot better today! I can stand longer than 5 minutes!! lol

I WILL BE BACK TODAY but I still have to be on modified hours for a few more days so we will be OPEN at 3 pm today!

Hey friends 💛

UPDATE: unfortunately we will have to be closed until WEDNESDAY afternoon as per docs recommendation 😞 I’m sorry everyone 😞🙏

Unfortunately I injured my hip somehow on the weekend while working and after pushing through it all weekend, this morning, I realized I need to take it a bit easy before I make things worse.

We’ll still be open today, but with shortened hours and a slightly reduced pace while I try to stay off it as much as possible.

We’ll be opening at 4 pm

Thank you so much for your patience, kindness and understanding while we work through the day a little differently.

Running a small family shop means powering through things, but I’m learning that rest matters too 🥹
