Just another day behind the scenes at Lucky’s — chopping, slicing, prepping and apparently setting land-speed records with root vegetables.

Fresh prep. Every damn day.

We like our fries the way we like our relationships.

A little messy and absolutely smothered. 😏🍟

🌶️ CAJUN
Double-blanched, generously seasoned, tossed around a little, then finished with fresh green onion and a slow drizzle of chipotle aioli.

🍄 TRUFFLE
Double-blanched, tossed in real truffle oil, covered in freshly shaved Grana Padano, sprinkled with green onion and finished with garlic aioli drizzled all over the top.

🧀 CHILI CHEESE
Double-blanched, then absolutely smothered in hot beef & bean chili and buried under shredded cheese.

Some like it spicy.
Some like it fancy.
Some just want to get covered in chili.

We don’t judge.

Some places call it “homemade.”

Then the delivery truck drops off a bag of cheese sauce.

At Lucky’s, Chef Daniel starts with a real herb-infused mornay, slow-cooked over two days, hand-shaves Grana Padano, then finishes every order with fresh cream and more cheese before it hits your table.

Is it more work?

Absolutely.

Does anyone making mac & cheese from a bag want this smoke?

Hawaii and a smash burger had a baby. 🍍🍔

The Aloha Smash is stacked with a 4oz smashed patty, smoked bacon, grilled pineapple, mozza, lettuce, onion and our house BBQ.

If pineapple on burgers offends you…

Corporate chicken sandwiches:

Grain Harvest brioche.

Lettuce.

Onion.

House garlic aioli.

No buzzwords.
No gimmicks.

Just a chicken sandwich with a superiority complex.

Chipotle Mayo fry… Cajun Fry….

Same, Same lol.

Apparently I couldn’t speak while filming this video.

The team thought it was hilarious.

This is hands down my favourite fry on the menu.

Yukon gold fries double blanched in Beef Tallow… yes I said that right.

No seed oils in house.

Tossed in Cajun seasoning.

Topped with green onion.

Drizzled with chipotle mayo on top.

If you haven’t tried this one, I highly recommend it.

Internal bias or not, it’s one of the best fry combos in the city.

Prove us wrong 🤷‍♂️
