In Italy, a meal doesn’t really end until you’ve had a digestivo. It’s a classic way to slow things down, help your digestion, and just enjoy the last few moments of a good night out.

One of our absolute favorites is Amaro Montenegro. It’s been made in Bologna since 1885 using a secret blend of 40 botanicals. The taste is what makes it so special: it’s perfectly balanced, with soft floral notes and a bit of sweetness that feels smooth and easy to drink.
