Our Lavender Latte is a study in delicate timing. Lavender is powerful, rich in linalool and linalyl acetate. In the right dose, these compounds create that iconic, relaxing floral aroma we associate with new blooms. But leave them too long, and they shift, becoming medicinal or "soapy."

We’ve balanced this syrup to mirror the season: light, intentional, and refreshing. Like a good conversation, it’s all about the right elements coming together.

Hi friends, we have an immediate opening for a part-time, experienced barista at our Cambrian Centre kiosk starting February 24.

Shifts available:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Approx. 9:30 am–1:30 pm (3:00 pm on Fridays)

This role is best suited for someone who is already confident on bar, comfortable working solo at times, and able to jump into a fast-paced service with care and consistency.

We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled, but also kind, calm, and genuinely service-minded.

What we’re looking for:
• Previous specialty coffee or café experience
• Strong espresso and milk skills
• Experience with food service and basic kitchen operations
• Friendly, thoughtful customer service
• Reliable and community-oriented
• Ability to pass a bar test during the interview process

This Saturday, we’ll have a special treat: ’s version of the classic Roman maritozzi.

The word maritozzo is Italian for “fiancé,” which feels apt, as this cream-and-berry filled brioche bun closely resembles a tiny engagement ring box.

Honey brioche filled with haskap berry compote, vanilla-scented mascarpone cream, finished with freeze-dried haskap powder.
