One Year of Foxtrot 🦊
To our guests, friends, neighbours, and everyone who has been part of Foxtrot’s first year, thank you.
One year ago, we opened our doors with a vision for what Foxtrot could become: a neighbourhood restaurant grounded in great food, genuine hospitality, and a place where people feel at home around the table.
Over the past year, you’ve joined us for morning coffees and long lunches, cocktails on the rooftop, dinners by the fire, celebrations, tournament days, and so many moments in between. You’ve brought friends, shared meals, returned again and again, and helped turn a new restaurant into a community.
Behind every one of those moments is a team we are incredibly proud of. From our chefs and culinary team to our servers, bartenders, baristas, hosts, and leaders, Foxtrot’s first year would not have been possible without their care, creativity, hard work, and commitment to hospitality.
Most of all, thank you to you for choosing to spend your time with us. Your support throughout our first year has meant more than we can say.
We’re incredibly proud of what Foxtrot has become in its first year, and even more excited about what’s ahead.
