this weekend, our family + team came together for the Terry Fox Run Calgary. over the past three years, our team has raised $43,708 for the Terry Fox Foundation, and we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve been able to do together.

as we join this year’s Terry Fox Run, we’re thinking of the people we love, the people we remember, and the people still fighting.

For the samosa, on world samosa day 💛

Long before our family restaurant had a name, there were recipes, traditions, and a love for food passed down through our family, rooted in our Punjabi heritage.

When we opened our doors in Calgary nearly 20 years ago, those traditions became the foundation of The Samosa Factory, and a new chapter for our family.

Today, we’re still making samosas right here in Calgary, at both our northeast and northwest locations and we are grateful to share something we love with so many of you.
