Working 12 hour shifts, sometimes, like today, Mothers Day, arriving to work at 2 a.m., ain’t easy. Working with my beautiful and thoughtful friend,Caroline Connoly however IS easy. And fun.

Well, the steel cutters put the sinks in and did the plumbing that I didn't ask for, and they did it wrong, so the door beneath for the water tank can't open. Anyway, another glitch, has to be re-done, holds things up for The Sauce-Age, but we'll be rolling soon I hope! Not much of summer left but she'll be primed for the next season! You'll see us though!

Welcome to The Sauce-Age! We will be rolling down the streets of Calgary very soon, just a bit more prep and paperwork to finish up first.
I am in the process of creating my own Jerk Sausage with a local sausagier.
Toppings available will range from Tex-Mex to Jamaican.
The Sauce-Age will be available for hire for private functions.
