We wanted to give you a peek behind the curtain and share why we chose the name Pho 307 for our family-owned takeout spot.

307 is more than just a number to us—it's a nod to our dad's birthday. He's the culinary wizard who inspired our love for food and cooking.

Back in the day, Dad dreamt of having his own restaurant. But when we moved to Canada, he put that dream on hold to make sure we were taken care of. Now that we've grown, we wanted to honor him by making his dream a reality with Pho 307.

This spot isn't just about food; it's about family and love. We hope that every bowl of pho brings a little warmth and happiness to your day, just like it does for us.
