💔🏠🔈We were broken into again a couple days ago SOUND ON to hear the carnage 🔈2025 has been an unprecedented year for break-ins, thefts, vandalism and graffiti. This is an epidemic in the inner city that is frustrating business owners to the point of many owners giving up and closing inner city locations. As citizens and customers this is how you can help. IF YOU SEE SOMETHING SAY SOMETHING. It’s that simple and we need your help to keep all of our beloved downtown locations thriving. This was an Original 1911 window of our storied Victorian House smashed to bits. Yes we have insurance and clearly have them on numerous cameras but likely they will be back out again tonight hunting your favorite drinking hole, retail store, condo building or car etc. In fact as we were getting our window replaced another business a few doors down had their front window smashed in early this morning (last photo in carousel). Unfortunately the City doesn’t seem to do much about this so we are asking all of you to please report suspicious or obviously inappropriate or criminal activity to the staff of the establishments you frequent. Newly elected reps if you’d like to better understand the issues many inner city businesses are facing please feel free to reach out.
