Coming up in March is St. Patrick's Day AND West Gate Social Day!

This month's featured cocktail celebrates both these exciting days. It's a bright green blend of sour apple liqueur, crème de menthe, a pop of red grenadine, and topped with sprite and lime juice.

The name "Social Caterpillar" is an homage to WGS's social butterfly logo. From a social caterpillar to social butterfly, we love to see students transform and grow over the years they spend at MRU.

The green hue is also perfect for St. Patty's Day, coming up on March 17! Stay tuned for more details about WGS's annual St. Patrick's Day Party.

Building connections is a big part of your university experience, but it can be a challenge.

At West Gate Social, everyone is welcome. It's tough to put yourself out there when you're feeling alone, but you can create life-long friendships!

WGS is your space to form new connections with your peers and spend time with the people you care about most.

Crowchild Classic is finally here! We’re getting the energy up at West Gate Social starting at 3:00 PM today.
Didn't snag tickets to Crowchild Classic? We'll also be open until 10:00pm streaming the game in WGS!

The Shuttle:
We have a FREE shuttle looping from Wyckham to the Saddledome. First one leaves at 4:00 PM and it'll be running until 7:00 PM.

The Drink:
Try the featured cocktail, the "Ice, Ice, Baby" (Long Island Iced Tea, Blue Curacao, and Sprite). It’s blue, it's fun, and it’s $3.75.

Make a Poster:
We have all the supplies, so come through and make a sign before heading to the Saddledome.

We were pretty cool back in 2016 😎

10 years ago, your MRU campus pub was called The Hub! Opened in 2011, the space was a total revolution for MRU student life. It was the first time we had a massive expanded layout and a full food menu (starters, mains, AND desserts!)

We’ve had a name change and a few fresh coats of paint since then, but our mission is the same: providing the best hangout spots and student-priced food and drinks.

Who else remembers the The Hub era?
