We are seeking someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in quality and presentation, and can consistently prepare authentic Indian dishes in a busy restaurant environment.
What we’re looking for:
Proven professional kitchen/chef experience
Strong knowledge and experience preparing Indian cuisine
Ability to maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe kitchen practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant
Team-oriented, reliable, and professional
Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and kitchen procedures
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
