Our favourite part of August is ! Starting here with the last course… Mans eggs pavlova with Vital Greens cream, Brass Monkey sorbet, caramel powder and orange curd. A meringue creamsicle! Serving this 3-course dinner for $65 until Aug 18th, celebrating the very best Alberta ingredients.
