An announcement for all our ramen lovers🍜❤️

Thank you always for your amazing support — we truly appreciate every single one of you!

Usually we take our break in the summer, but this year we’ve decided to take a little spring vacation instead 🌸

We’ll be closed from March 21 to April 5.

As many of you know, we make everything from scratch — especially our soup. That means once we run out, we’re out! If it looks like we’ll need to close earlier due to inventory, we’ll make sure to post an update here.

This fall, we had the honor of welcoming Japan’s national curling team, Team Fortius, to our restaurant.
They were not only beautiful and talented, but incredibly humble and gracious.

The team is currently competing at the Olympic Qualification Event in Kelowna, BC, and they secured two victories yesterday!

Go Team Fortius! 🇯🇵✨
