With a heavy heart, I am retiring Ratio Brews. As it turns out, balancing school with business has proved quite challenging. We have not been able to devote the time required to keep up with a growing business, and have had to make the difficult decision to close up shop.

We want to thank all of our customers, with a special shoutout to the restaurants and bars that have taken a chance on RB to join us as wholesale partners— it’s been a blast bringing you your Brews! What a great year it has been.

The final day to order from Ratio Brews will be December 15, with the order going out just before Christmas.

Our first priority is brewing up a top-of-the-line coffee experience for you, for the best possible price. 😇

For those unfamiliar with what we *actually* do: we produce high quality cold brew coffee and small batch natural syrups.

Cold brew has gained a lot of traction in recent years, but it’s not always clear what makes it so special. This post might help explain a couple of key features and what makes it so different. ✌️

Now, what makes Ratio Brews’ cold brew stand out above the rest?

Well, a few things:
1. HIGH QUALITY: We use specialty coffee beans from Albertan roasters, ensuring our brews have a flavour profile far beyond the norm.
2. SUSTAINABILITY: We use glass instead of plastic wherever possible. Ratio Brews also operates our own bottle recycling program! See our other posts or our website for more information.
3. LOCAL: Almost all of the ingredients and materials we use are sourced from fellow Albertan small businesses. When you drink Ratio Brews, everything from the bottle cap down to the beans themselves are from local sources.

We believe in our products, and work hard to make sure every batch is something we can be proud of! Check us out today- you won’t be disappointed. 👍☕️
