πŸ’₯ Protein Nutella Hot Chocolate πŸ’₯

I was standing in my kitchen eating a banana, looking out the window and at all the big snowflakes, and I thought, this bananas is delicious, but hot chocolate would be wayyy better right now..

Each sip will fill your soul with the sweet, warm, chocolaty taste of the magic Hazelnut, while at the same time feeding your muscles with GainZπŸ’ͺ

Ingredients: 2 servings

1 3/4 cup Unsweetned Almond milk
1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
2 tbsp Nutella
1/2 cup Organic Coconut Milk( only use the creamy portion)
1 tbsp Low calorie Cool Whip (optional)
Crushed cookies (optional)

Direction:

1.In a small pot, add all ingredients, bring to a simmer at medium heat. Stir frequently with whisk.
2. Remove from heat and serve :)

You can even make your own chicken nuggets with this recipe! πŸ’ͺ

Crispy outside with a warm, tender flavourful center...Mmmm finger lickin good!πŸ‘Œβ˜Ί Ingredients: 2 servings
80g Sriracha chips, crushed
2 eggs
2 Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp Vanilla Casein powder
1 tbsp GF flour( you can use any flour)
1 pinch garlic powder
Salt and Pepper
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 385F.
2. Cut chicken breasts into strips set, season with a little salt and pepper, or any spice of your choice. Set aside.
3. You need three bowls or deep plates. In one add crushed chips, in the other your eggs and last your flour, protein powder,garlic powder and S&P.
4. One strip at a time, cover in egg wash, flour mix, egg wash then cover in chips.
5. Use a baking tray with parchment paper or tin foil. Lay each strip down and bake for 15-18 minutes. Until chips are crispy and chicken is tender. Flip over strips at 10 minutes.

Dip into your favorite dip and enjoy!!! Macros: Per serving( about 3 strips)

Butttt as I was making my dressing I started dipping my veggies in it to taste test..Then I realized, I have to make a Veggie dip instead πŸ™ˆ πŸ’₯ Creamy Dill Dip with Fresh Veggies πŸ’₯

Ingredients:

500g ( 2 1/2 cups ) Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 scoop Vanilla Casein Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Dry onion flakes
2 1/2 tbsp Dill W**d( use fresh if possible)
2 tbsp Parsley( use fresh if possible)
1 tbsp Garlic, puree or paste
2 tsp Red pepper
Splash lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Mix all together in blender or food processor.
2. Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Add salt and pepper until desired flavour balance.
4. Store in mason jar or air tight container in refrigerator for 3-4 days.

I made these for my band mates as a pre jam treat!!
Indulge in magically delicious protein treats before the making of sweet prog metal 🎢

Strawberry Cup: 3-4 servings

2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 scoop Strawberry Protein Powder
4 tbsp White Chocolate
3 tbsp Crushed Fruit Loops

Chocolate PB filling:

1/2 scoop Chocolate Casein Protein
1 1/2 tbsp Peanut butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions:

1. In a pot over steaming water, melt coconut oil and white chocolate. Once melted slowly stir in protein poeder until fully mixed.
2. Portion a tsp of strawberry goodness into each cupcake cup and refrigerate until firm.
3. In a bowl mix chocolate, PB and vanilla. Stir until fully combined.
4. Portion into balls and flatten to place inside strawberry cups.
5. Add remaining stawberry goodness to each cup, fully coating filling.
6. Add crushed Fruit loops, refrigerate until firm and enjoy!

Macros: Each cup, if you make 4.

I was making a pie then I thought, what happens if there was a cookie with a pie crust texture..so I had to make it! They turned out so good that I ate my whole batch πŸ™ˆ

Also ! I wish I had a dog, but all I have right now is Virgil, my stuffed pet Kangaroo ⭐

Ingredients: 7 portions

3/4 cup Gluten Free Flour
1 scoop
Vanilla Casein Protein
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Truvia Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup + 1 tsp Coconut oil/Butter
1 egg
1/2 cup Cold water

Toppings:
6 tsp Strawberry Jam
1/2 banana
Protein Chocolate:

1/4 cup Dark Chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein

Directions:
1. In a bowl mix all dry ingredients. Add in butter and mix until flaky texture. Then add egg. Mix well.
2. Slowly add cold water until texture reaches a firm, moldable texture.
3. Portion into 6-8 balls and shape into cookies. Place on parchment paper or a greased pan. Top with 1 tsp strawberry jam and bake at 350F for 21-24 minutes. Until golden brown.
4. Slice banana into thin slices, circle around jam.
5. Melt chocolate and coconut oil, mix then add protein powder. Drizzle over top cookies and refrigerate until firm.
6. Eat all of them.

⚑⚑⚑⚑⚑⚑⚑⚑⚑⚑⚑⚑⚑ This week you'll be getting a 5 course meal! All including Vanilla Protein Powder

Today we're starting with soup! So I made: πŸ’₯ Cream of Mushroom, Bacon and Jalapeno Soup πŸ’₯

I found that using a 3:1 pepper to salt ratio really balanced out the flavour!

Ingredients: 2 servings

3 slices bacon
1/2 cup Mushroom,sliced
1 cup Onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
1 scoop Vanilla Casein Protein
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1 1/2 cup Chicken broth
1 cup Milk
1/8 cup Jalapeno, diced
1/4 cup butter

Directions:

1. On medium heat, cook bacon slices.
Once cooked to desire tenderness, remove bacon, dice and add back to pan with garlic, jalapeno, onions and mushrooms. Sautee until mushrooms and onions reach a golden brown and the auroma is melting your brain.
Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Heat a pot to medium heat and add in butter snd protein powder, making a "roux". Cook for 1 minute.
3. Add in broth and milk.
4. Bring to a boil, stirring regularly.
5. Reduce heat to low, and cook for another 6-8 minutes, stirring regularly.
6. Add a pinch of salt and pepper at a time until desired flavour balance is reached :) Also add hot sauce if you want! Macros: Per serving

These are quick and easy to make! Why not enjoy Oreos as you make gainZ πŸ’ͺ 27g of protein in 4 Oreos!! ⚑

Also, there should be four cookies, but I had to eat one...

Ingredients:

4 Oreo Thins
1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1 tsp Peanut Butter or any nut butter
1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Almond Milk

Directions:

1. Remove icing from four oreos.
2. In a bowls mix all ingredients minus oreo cookies.
3. Mix until fully combined and has a smooth icing texture.
4. Roll into balls, squeeze in between cookies and enjoy!

πŸ’₯ 4 Ingredient Protein Brownie Ice Cream Sandwiches πŸ’₯

I had a crazy craving for icecream sandwiches that needed to be satisfied this evening. So what better than a mouthful of delicious warm brownie filled with ice cream...best bedtime snack ever.

Ingredients: 6 servings

2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 scoop
Chocolate Whey Protein powder
1/2 cup Peanut Butter or any nut butter
1/2 cup Chapmans Sugsr Free Ice Cream (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a bowl mash bananas, add peanut butter, mix well then add cacao powder and protein powder.
3. Grease muffin pan or any baking dish and portion batter into it.
4. Bake for 23-25 minutes. Usr toothpick to test.
5. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of ice to each portion for a great experience :)

Super simple snack that makes rice cakes so much more exciting! 😊

Ingredients: 2 servings

3 Rice cakes
2 tbsp Peanut butter
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 scoop
Chocolate Protein Powder

Directions:

1. In a bowl over top steaming water. Melt PB and coconut oil then add protrin powder.
2. In a bowl crush rice cakes until they're a popcorn size. Drizzle protein goodness over top and mix with your hands until all coated.
3. Eat all of it.

πŸ’₯ Oreo Protein French Toast with Coconut Cream Icing πŸ’₯

French toast can be eaten anyday, anytime and it's always provides a magical experience. Now when mixed with Oreos...that's next level goodness. πŸ’¦


Ingredients:

2 eggs
4 Oreo Thins
2 slices of bread
1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein
1/4 cup Coconut Cream
1 tsp Vanilla (optional)

Directions:

1. Seperate and icing from the oreos and put in a seperate dish. Set aside.
2. In a bowl mix 2 eggs, 1/2 scoop protein powder and 5 crushed oreo thins.
3. Heat a pan to medium. Drench each bread slice in Oreo batter and cook each until golden brown.
4. While the french toast cools down. In a bowl mix coxonut cream with Oreo icing. Mix well then spread 1/2 of icing on french toast.
5. Add other 1/2 of protein powder to coconut cream to make chocolate topping. Add remaining Oreo thins and enjoy!! πŸ’ͺ
