A true two-in-one legend: juicy striploin on one side, melt-in-your-mouth tenderloin on the other, all bone-in and made for sharing (or not, we won’t judge).

Flame-kissed to perfection, glazed with tamarind & treacle, coated in our bold pepper-fry spice, and finished tableside with a rich tamarind red wine beef jus.

For a limited time, we’re serving a five-course gourmet tasting menu for $75, designed to showcase the bold flavours and refined creativity our kitchen is known for.

Expect everything from delicate pork momos (yes, we brought them back- IYKYK) with prawn and scallop XO, to a tamarind-glazed bavette and a beautiful finale of rabri-soaked madeleines with pistachio, rose, and almond.
