Only thing better than a long weekend is a birthday long weekend! And a Cheesecake is needed to celebrate. Layers of Raspberry flavour all the way through. Fresh Raspberries in the Cheesecake and topped with a Raspberry White Chocolate Ganache and a fresh raspberry coulie along with some fresh Raspberries. Maybe just a little Chambord to amp it up! Enjoy and Happy Birthday!
