It was our pleasure to cook for the esteemed actress . Listening to her share stories of her past adventures and behind-the-scenes experiences was truly inspiring. We have just started watching her most recent TV series, "Harry Wild," and are impressed by her professional acting. We feel very fortunate to have met her in person. Thank you for the compliment on the food we specially prepared for her.

Fogo island snow crab, this sweet succulent crab will have a hearty mouth feel that you don't get from other crabs. Chef Dean mix with it's own kani miso serve on a roasted seaweed. This is one of the best dishes to start off a luxurious omakase dinner.
