Nice Cream At Nice Cream, our mission is to bring the magic of our homemade, liquid nitrogen churned ice cream to every guest.

Nice Cream is currently the only ice cream store in Calgary to make ice cream through liquid nitrogen freezing processes. The liquid nitrogen freezing process allows rapid freezing, which results in the formation of very small ice crystals, which gives a smoother texture than other conventional types of ice cream. At our store, we make every ice cream order right before your eyes, showing you our unique freezing process.
