A neon sign, a glowing charm,
"Cherry Inn" beckons with its arm,
A Chinese restaurant, with a story to tell,
Of family, love, and food that's swell.
The door swings open, and I am met
With warmth and welcome, and a sense of debt,
To a place that feels like home, away,
And where I'll always want to stay.
The cherry blossoms bloom inside,
A gentle reminder of a world outside,
Where the hustle and bustle of the city fades,
And a peaceful calm pervades.
I sit at a table, and gaze around,
At the intricate decor, and the happy sound,
Of people laughing, and glasses clinking,
As the chefs in the kitchen, are busy cooking.
The menu is vast, with choices galore,
From spicy noodles, to dumplings, to more,
I order with care, and anticipation,
For a meal that's full of flavor, and satisfaction.
As I savor each bite, I feel the love,
That's poured into each dish, from above,
And I know that I'll always return,
To Cherry Inn, where the fire burns.
For in this little corner of the city,
Lies a treasure trove of warmth and beauty,
A family business, with a heart of gold,
And food that's worth its weight in gold.
