Not only is he a protector of the realm here at Salt & Brick, he rarely misses a beat. His presence is grounded in a depth of knowledge that reaches into everything he is passionate about, from the preparation of food and the wines that accompany it, to the people and stories that shaped what Salt & Brick has become.

Lloyd brings an intellect that is thoughtful and precise, but it is his compassion that leaves the strongest impression. Every interaction with guests and staff is met with genuine care, curiosity, and warmth. If you have dined with us before, it is unlikely that you have forgotten him.
