We want to sincerely thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support over the past few days. Our recent temporary closure by Alberta Health Services was not something we took lightly, and we know it may have caused concern or disappointment.
We carefully reviewed the inspection report in full and immediately addressed every deficiency identified. Our team worked closely with AHS to ensure all required corrective actions were completed promptly and thoroughly. As a result, we are happy to share that we were cleared to reopen on February 5.
Food safety, cleanliness, and the well-being of our guests are incredibly important to us. This experience has reinforced our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in our kitchen and throughout our restaurant.
