Scott brings more than 15 years of diverse culinary experience, with a career that's taken him through respected restaurants in New York and Toronto, award-winning kitchens in St. Louis, and most recently Calgary.

His cooking background is just as varied.

Fine dining. Mediterranean. Asian-inspired. Comfort food. Plant-forward cooking. And plenty in between.

Every once in a while, I finish a chef trial and just know.

Nick was one of those chefs.

Meet Chef Nick, one of the newest additions to our Calgary team.

I've done a lot of chef trials over the years, and his was genuinely one of the best I've ever done.

The food was excellent.

The flavours were there.

But just as importantly, Nick was personable, professional and incredibly adaptable.

You're walking into someone else's home and someone else's kitchen. You're adapting to their equipment, their preferences, their family and the way they like to eat.
