Football and chicken wings go together like peanut butter and jelly. 😋 So much so that according to the National Chicken Council, 1.42 billion chicken wings were consumed by Americans during the 2022 Super Bowl.

The council estimated that the 1.42 billion wings could complete three full rotations of the Earth. Molly Schulyer, the person who holds the world record for eating 501 wings in 30 minutes, would need 162 years to consume all of those chicken wings.
