Running a business is honestly one of the hardest things we’ve ever done.

Every day brings new challenges. We’re constantly planning for today, next week, next month, next quarter, and even next year. It’s a nonstop roller coaster.

When it’s slow, we worry about tomorrow. When it’s busy, we’re thinking about what we could have done better and how we can keep improving. The mental, financial, and physical challenges never really stop.

But what makes this journey possible is the people around us.

To our Olivo Cafe and Tacosaurus Food Truck family—thank you. ❤️ You make the hard days easier and the good days even more rewarding. Every early morning and late night, every prep, every busy service, every smile, and every extra effort means more to us than you know.

You are the reason we keep growing, and you’re the reason we continue to dream bigger. We don’t take any of your hard work for granted.

And to every single one of our customers—thank you. Your continued support means everything to us. Because you choose to support our small business, we’re able to do what we love every day: create delicious food, provide warm hospitality, and continue giving our amazing team the opportunity to do what they do best. We truly wouldn’t be here without you.

We also want to thank you for your understanding yesterday while all of our locations were closed so our team could enjoy a well-deserved day of rest and celebrate together. Giving them time to recharge and create memories as a family means so much to us, and we truly appreciate your patience and support.

Today, we want to thank the women who raised the kind, hardworking, caring, and passionate people who make our restaurant feel alive every single day.

Behind every warm smile, every long shift, every helping hand, and every moment of dedication from our team, there is a mother who gave endless love, support, sacrifice, and strength.
