Authentic Taiwanese nougat crackers made with hand-cooked nougat (not marshmallow), enhanced with our homemade, slow-cooked natural scallion oil.
Sweet, creamy, and perfectly balanced with savory, crispy scallion soda crackers —

還有一個小心思，就是把牛軋內餡加厚了，

做點心對我來說，很像在照顧家人一樣，
會一直想著怎麼讓它更好吃、更剛剛好。

I’ve made some tiny changes to my nougat crackers starting last week!
The filling is officially upgraded with trehalose now. It’s less sweet, super smooth, and has a much gentler vibe—so you can keep snacking without feeling ”sugar-overloaded“ ☺️ The texture is also a tiny bit softer and extra chewy!
Oh, and here’s the best part: I made the filling even thicker! ✨ I really wanted every bite to be a big, happy mouthful of that creamy nougat goodness.
If you’ve ordered since last week, you’ve already had a taste of the new & improved version! Thank you guys so much for all the love 🥹
Making these treats feels just like baking for my own family—I’m always dreaming up ways to make them ”just right.“
