Welcome to Test Kitchen, owned and operated by Alex Mickalow and Steve Rydtschenko. Located at 455 Brant Street in Burlington Ontario, our food is unique, made in house, and prepared fresh. Everything is made from scratch, including our crackers. At Test Kitchen, we have a core menu of 16 items including Apple Cider Pork Chop, Braised Lamb Shank and In House made Gnocchi. Every 2 weeks we launch a

new 6-8 items and test them out. If they make the cut, they eventually may make the core menu. Our menu is a digital menu. Every item is displayed on an iPad which allows us to change the menu as often as we want. We are able to change the menu with the seasons, stay on trend and never get stale. For lunch, we offer a $10 lunch menu that includes a choice of 7 items, a bottle of beer or 4oz glass of wine, with tax included. This excellent value menu will always be a staple at Test Kitchen, through the menu will continue to change with the seasons. Our wine list offers our wines by the glass at the same price as each other so that the wine can be chosen for the quality, not the price. We also offer many high end wines by the bottle and by August we will have Contraband Sparkling Wine "on Tap".
