Dear Cherished Guests,

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the permanent closure of studebaker after an incredible 5-year journey. We are immensely grateful for your loyal patronage. This decision wasn’t easy, but we close with gratitude for the amazing community that supported us. Our last day of operation was on February 29.

While our doors are now closed, the memories will live on in our hearts. Thank you for being a part of our studebaker story.

Chef Yassine wow’d us this week when he added a little chefy inspiration to our Triple Cheese Mac & Cheese. The result… You’ll have to come in and taste it for yourself!

These crispy fish tacos are so incredibly delicious, and they are our Feature Taco this week! Beer-battered haddock pieces on a cabbage slaw with house-made pico de gallo, a lemon wedge, and our chipotle aioli. 3 for $15 and served with mango-chipotle spiced chips. Plus, join us for the BEST live-hosted trivia starting at 7:30pm. And we’ve got $6 Nickel Brook tallboys all night long! This is seriously the MOST fun you can have on a Thursday!

With Valentine’s Day this week, we got a little side-tracked with all the 🤍 in the air. But we couldn’t let the week fly by without showcasing this outstanding Chef Feature Burger. A while back, we had one guest rave that this was hands-down the best burger he’d ever eaten. In fact, he came back twice in one week to have it, with our 7oz hand-pressed beef patty topped with deee-lightful fried cheese, crispy jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, and our home-made chipotle aioli. Let us do the cooking tonight!

The ❄️ is coming! So in the interest of everyone’s safety, please stay off the roads if you can. We’ve decided to cancel Studebaker Trivia for tonight, but will return in full force next Thursday (weather permitting).

Celebrate February 14th with your favourite human, and let us do the cooking. Our full menu is available ALL DAY, and we’ve created some gorgeous chef features that will be available after 4pm.

🤍 A panko and parmesan crusted blue cod fillet on top of a creamy sweet potato mash, roasted cherry tomatoes, wilted spinach, and a creamy dill sauce. $25.

🤍 A chicken breast skewer on top of a delightfully creamy polenta, with roasted vegetables, pesto, and crispy squash curls. $22 (vegetarian option available).

🤍 A grilled angus fillet (6oz) on a mozzarella potato mash, with bacon-wrapped asparagus, and a house-made blue cheese sauce. $27.

🤍 A three-layer espresso chocolate cake with kirsch-soaked cherries, creamy buttercream icing, and chocolate ganache. $11.

And because it’s Wednesday (… and we 🤍 you), our bottles of wine are half-price with a minimum $25 food purchase. Love is definitely in the air.
