Instructions

1. **Make the crust**

* Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
* Press the mixture into 8–10 muffin cups lined with paper liners or into mini tart pans.
* Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.

2. **Prepare the filling**

* Whisk the pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
* Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.

3. **Assemble**

* Place a few banana slices in each chilled crust.

Chicken Parmesan Stuffed with Cream Cheese

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

120 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-seasoned)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup marinara sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

Prepare the filling

Mix the cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.

Stuff the chicken

Cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast.

Fill each pocket with the cream cheese mixture.

Secure with toothpicks if needed.

Bread the chicken

Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.

Sear

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional Toppings

Extra shredded cheddar

Crumbled bacon

Chopped parsley

Mini slider buns or toothpicks for serving

🔥 Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Mix ingredients

Cheesecake Filling

24 oz (680 g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup sugar

1 cup sour cream

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Berry sauce
Cook berries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium heat until soft.
Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thick.
Cool completely, then blend until smooth.

Crust
Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter.
Press into a greased 23 cm (9-inch) springform pan.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. Cool.

Filling
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Mix in sour cream and vanilla.

2–3 cups whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)

Chocolate syrup

Chopped nuts (walnuts or peanuts)

Maraschino cherries (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Prepare the crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into a 9×13 inch dish. Chill for 15 minutes.

Cream layer
