Well hello there! It has been a while, hasn't it? I am excited to officially be back at making my
Keto Delicious goodies again. I have a lot of updating to do on here and at ketodelicious.ca, but I am available on most weekends to fulfill your keto/gluten free/low carb/low or no sugur added treats! Macaroons (1.5g net carb ea.), a tried and true favourite are $16/12. Also, a new cookie I am trying out: toasted almond & toffee (1.5g net carb each)! Cookies are $12/6 & $20/12 for full sized treats. None of this 2 bite, teenie we**ie nonsense. Check out the other available flavours on the website, and all the other goodies available.

Dinner time!! 😊 Roast chicken w/ roasted carrots, radishes & onions, cheesey mashed cauliflower, and butter loaded gravy. Blueberry/lime/ginger splatter cheesecake w/ a toasted almond flour, pecan & ginger, lime crust. 😁
6 hours of cooking later, I actually wasn't too tired to eat! Lol The cheesecakes took forever!
Low carb, sugar free, delicious. I won't pretend the cauliflower or radishes are potatoes, and I actually don't like raw radishes, but they are shockingly a decent substitute! Roasted radishes lose that peppery bite & have a very potato-like consistancy. Very cool. 🎉💃🏼😁❤

So, somehow I missed my 1 year anniversary for Keto Delicious! 🤯
Boy what a year it has been! So many unexpected twists and turns made year 1 quite tough to navigate. However, it has allowed me to grow, learn A LOT more about keto cooking and to chart the course I am now on.
This year has afforded me some amazing opportunities that I never thought I'd have, despite the obscene amount of obstacles thrown in my (all of our) way. I am truly excited to see what is in store for the years to come. 😀
I am sending out a huge thank you so very much to my clients, especially those that have repeatedly come back to try the goods. I am truly grateful for all of you. 💕 You rock. 💕
I look forward to building that client base and sharing my cooking with more of you now and in the future.
Also, I am so very thankful to have been given my first opportunity to write and be published on monkeybiz.ca. 😊
I am fully commited to revamping my brand in the coming weeks, including a website makeover, new recipes that I have full confidence in, meal plans & packages, and writing.
I dipped my toes in last year, but I am ready to take the plunge and completely put myself out there, insecurities and all. 😉

For dinner tonight: Cauliflafel (cauliflower falafel!!) with a tahini avocado sauce. Really happy with the end results! My husband is the falafel eating king & he LOVED them. 100% quashed the craving! MmmMmm
(Only 2g net carb per patty!)

I am super excited to announce Keto Delicious empanadas! These ones are spinach, ricotta & parmesan filled with a homade maranara sauce, for dipping.
BIG Keto Delicious revamp comming in the next few weeks! Loads of recipes to try out & perfect first, with a focus on keto substitutions for bread, biscuits and other carby delights. Yum!

I am obsessed with everything snickerdoodle these days, so I decided to make some! 😀 Low carb, gluten & sugar free!
Working hard on new Keto Delicious recipes and better technique for the new year.
2020 wasn't the best year for a new start up, to say the least, but it has pushed me to work on new items and improve current ones! 😀 (Snickerdoodles will definitely be part of that)

Mini coconut macaroon muffins. 😊 (Coconut cream, toasted coconut, pecans & a little 70% chocolate.) Gluten free and only 1g of sugar each. 1.5g net carb each. ❤💚❤
