Every cake is made with love and designed to make your celebration just as special as the memories you’ll create. I absolutely love bringing fun ideas to life, maybe you have a craving for Reese cups, smarties, Skor or maybe all of the above. I’m always happy to work with you to create something unique for your family.

How to place an order:


1. Reach out first – Send a message to our page or email [email protected] with your order details, date needed, and any ideas you have.
2. Confirm your order – We will confirm availability, and go over all details and finalize your cake requests.
3. Secure your booking – A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.
4. Pick up & enjoy – The remaining balance is due at

Having a child with FPIES (Food Protein-Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome), I take Food allergies and dietary concerns very seriously. If you or someone you are ordering for has an allergy, please reach out before placing your order so we can discuss the necessary precautions. I will always do my best to accommodate and ensure your treat is as safe as possible.

Hey!!👋 I’m Samantha Doucet, the face behind Sundae Slice!

I’m a proud married mom of four amazing kids, who each bringing their unique spark to our busy family life. Originally, I grew up in the beautiful city of Saint John, but made the move to Moncton in March of 2020, and have since settled in the charming community of Bouctouche. I can honestly say we love it here! The scenery, the people, and the sense of community have made it feel like home.

Interestingly, if you had asked me a decade ago if I enjoyed baking, I would have said no. I always thought it required a lot of patience, which I didn’t believe I had. But I’ve learned that it’s less about patience and more about embracing the delightful chaos and, of course, relying on a strong cup of coffee!

For years, I have tossed around the idea of starting a baking business, but we never really took the plunge—until now. When you order from Sundae Slice, I want you to feel that your cake is made just for you. Whether you need an allergy-safe option or crave a decadent treat like a Reese’s Pieces layered cake with cookies, fudge, and Skor bits, I’m here to craft that perfect dessert.

I’m excited and eager to engage with the community, and I invite you to follow us on Facebook for updates. I’ll soon be launching an Instagram account as well! And Who knows maybe Sundae Slice could be featured at a local farmers market someday, selling by the slice! 😏
