We’re open our regular hours today, 7:30 AM–2 PM, with the celebration kicking off at 11 AM. We’ll have some food and treats to share, and we’d love to see you.

It’s official… we’re having a Grand Opening. 🎉☕️

Join us this Friday, October 2 at 11:00am as we officially celebrate the opening of Seventh Coffee Company.

We’ve been working toward this for a long time, and we’d love to celebrate with the people who have supported us along the way.

We’ll have some food, sweets and cake out for the occasion while supplies last… and the café will be open as usual serving up all your favourites.

Come by, check out the space, grab a coffee and celebrate with us. You can also check out our new neighbours at Shelley Harrison who are having their grand opening at the same time!!

Okay… fall is officially here at Seventh. 🍂

We’ve got three new drinks hitting the menu:

🍎 Apple C***r — Brantview 🍎 c***r, hot and simple. Or try it iced!!

🥧 Apple Pie C***r — Brantview 🍎 c***r dressed up with all the warm, spiced, apple-pie goodness it deserves. Seriously deadly tasting. Try this one iced too!!

🎃 Pumpkin Spice Latte — because obviously we weren’t going to make it through fall without one.

And while we’re talking about new things…

OUR GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION IS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2 AT 11AM.

We’ve been open for a few weeks now, figuring things out, dialing things in, fixing the things we broke and generally pretending we know what we’re doing…

So now it’s time to actually celebrate.

We’ll have free food, giveaways and a few other things happening throughout the day.

Come grab a fall drink, hang out with us and help us properly celebrate opening the doors to Seventh Coffee Company.

Let’s talk about last week.

Yeah… it started with our AC not working. 😅
Yeah… we tweaked a bunch of recipes as we went to get them exactly where we wanted them.
Yeah… we ran out of those amazing treats from Cake & Crumb - Brantford, Hamilton, Cambridge
Yeah…we even ran out of milk once.
At one point, we forgot how to spell Monday. 😂
Our app launched in the Google Play Store… and we only found out because mobile orders suddenly started pouring in.

But you know what?

It was an absolutely incredible first week.

You showed up. You waited while we figured things out. You tried the drinks, gave us feedback, came back again, told your friends and made our first few days better than we could have hoped for.

We learned a ton. We made a ridiculous amount of coffee. And somehow, between all the little bits of chaos, this place already started to feel like home.

So thank you. Seriously.

We’re rested…restocked and ready to do it all over again.

Back at it tomorrow. Tuesday to Saturday 7:30am-2pm. ☕️

Day one is in the books. We showed up. You showed up. The air conditioning did not show up. 😂

But honestly, what a day. Seeing people walk through the doors, grab a coffee and support this thing we’ve put so much into was pretty amazing.

Thank you for being patient while we found our footing, for putting up with the heat, and for making our first day feel so special.

A little sweaty. Very grateful. Back at it tomorrow at 7:30. We promise the AC is fixed. ☕️

It’s finally happening. ☕️

Seventh Coffee Company opens this Wednesday, September 9 from 730am-2pm at 168A Charing Cross Street.

After our Wednesday opening, our normal hours will be Tuesday to Saturday, 7:30am–2pm, serving coffee, espresso drinks, matcha and more to take with you.

Wednesday is our soft opening…a chance for us to get rolling, make some coffee and finally welcome you into the new space.

Then on Friday, September 18, we’ll be celebrating with our Grand Opening. More on that soon.

For now, we’re just excited to open the doors.
