We are all community. These are Cookies for Colombia. They are $10 each and 100% of the proceeds go to supporting recovery efforts after the recent major earthquake. You get the cookie, they get the help.

This is a Cinnamon Snickerdoodle Cookie Sandwich filled with Salted Caramel Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

It will take weeks to get aid everywhere needed. It will take months to complete the majority of the clean up. It will take years to rebuild.

This planet is smaller than we can imagine when our neighbors come from all over. These events can be devastating, but we can work together to overcome.

Is your passion in the bakeshop? Because our team needs another baker. We offer full time with benefits, or if you're a student in culinary school, we might be able to work with your schedule (16-20 hours a week of work). Please send an email to careers at chezangela dot ca with your resume.

We're looking for someone who can work on a rotating schedule, including opens, closes and weekends.

Staff here at Chez Angela are brought into our mentoring environment, where we do everything from scratch. Our full time folks have a benefits package, generous staff discounts, a free bread subscription, and opportunities to work on different types of projects, events, desserts, special items and more. Just check out those pics, home slice.

Experience in a commercial kitchen or bakeshop is a big plus, but you don't have to know all the things. You just really, really need to love food.

Must haves:
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Happiness to accept feedback
- A passion for food

And, if you work at Chez Angela, you'll be expected to do all the things. Baking. Laundry. Dishes. Floors. Garbage. Dishes. Line and packaged meals. Recycling. Dishes. Receiving. Scaling. Dishes. Portioning. And probably some dishes. We all do all the work so that no one does the hard work by themselves.

We try to have a good time. We leave our egos at the door. We help each other out. 🤜🤛
