For the next 12 weeks, we’re turning our espresso machine into an ice cream parlour.

Each week, we’ll be featuring a latte inspired by a classic (or not-so-classic) ice cream flavour. Some will be nostalgic favourites. Some will be downright weird. All of them will be delicious.

Think ripples, swirls, sundaes, cones, and freezer-aisle legends—reimagined as handcrafted espresso drinks.

First up…

A rich blend of french vanilla, buttery butterscotch, smooth espresso, and velvety steamed milk, finished with a swirl of caramelized goodness that would make any ice cream truck jealous.

Because apparently strawberries got tired of only being invited to desserts.

Fresh strawberry, subtle basil, espresso, and just enough “wait… why does this work so well?” energy to keep things interesting. 🍓🌿☕
