Jr's Handmade Sourdough Pizza Slow-rising sourdough is the foundation for each and every pizza we make.
(334)

The sourdough is hand-shaped by us and topped fresh with local and responsibly-sourced ingredients and then blast-cooked in our gourmet pizza oven, this process locks in the sourdough's natural aroma and produces a deliciously soft, crispy, chewy crust that's midly sour and smokey in all the right places. We are committed to serving wholesome "Real" quality that your can be proud of sharing with your family and friends. Junior's Hand Made Sourdough Pizza is located beside Hancs Chip Truck at 181 King Street East, Bowmanville, just west of Liberty Street.
