Cocoa West Chocolatier produces handcrafted truffles, gelato and hot chocolate using carefully selected organic ingredients. We serve the retail and wholesale market as well as corporate events and weddings. Our traditional European-style shophouse allows us to continually keep tight quality control and the production consistent, resulting in the highest quality chocolate without compromise. We be

lieve in treating all of our stakeholders ethically and respectfully. Our Maitre Chocolatier has been perfecting her art of chocolate making for 10 years. She has been an instructor with Ecole Chocolat Professional School of Chocolate Arts teaching on-site chocolate Master classes. Her students have come all the way to Bowen Island from Chile, Bermuda, Dubai and Mexico just to name a few. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the newest addition to our Granola Collection: Pecan & Raisin Chocolate Granola - with absolutely no coconut in sight. Packed with crunchy goodness, rich flavour, and handcrafted with the same care as our other granolas, it’s a delicious new option for coconut-free snack lovers. 💛
