It's Tex Mex Thursday!

Y'all know that means we're coming at ya with something smokey and delicious.

Today we're throwing down pork belly tacos! delicious pork belly, slowly smoked to perfection. Lightly grilled and tossed in a maple whisky bbq sauce. Served as a pair with a soft tortilla, maple mustard slaw, Monterey cheese and green onions. Served woth a side of BBQ fritos.

Honestly this has been one of the best rainy days we've ever had as a business.

We feel the love and cant thank you enough!

But this trash weather isn't going leave any time soon today so we're gonna shut 'er down fir the weekend
