So I ruminated on this weeks cupcake for awhile as when I was researching desserts from Holland, there was a lot of pastries with creams and fruits…a lot…so I made a tart-like cupcake called The Cherry Bomb (buttery phyllo pastry filled with homemade cherry pie filling and topped with almond custard)!

Productive afternoon!

A couple of announcements! Due to the predominantly cold mornings now and the fact we’re an outside establishment, I’ve decided to not be open Thursday mornings for the rest of summer. The activities scheduled for those days will be included in our Saturdays!

Also, with only two weeks worth of days left in our season (we are open until mid-October but the compiled amount), we are no longer ordering new stock. With that being said, we are out of Watermelon Blast and Matcha for the season.
