I am writing this post to let the community know that, unfortunately, Little Nook Cafe is officially CLOSED for good.
It was a tough decision to make but after getting news from the CCRD, in late July, that they would be charging me full rent for the entire time the flights have been cancelled due to COVID and I had been shut down, I had to decide to close down.
Having my business run out of the airport relied heavily on flight traffic and having no flights and then minimum flights return has determined the end of the cafe. A small business like mine cannot afford to pay the expenses if it is not running full time and with full customer potential. It is unfortunate that the CCRD was not able to help out it's local small businesses during this strange and tough time.
I am very grateful to all of my wonderful customers who have supported me through the 5 years of being there, I appreciate you very much!
