Apparently sleep wasn’t happening this morning… so I ended up in the kitchen at 530 😂👨‍🍳

The good news? You guys get to eat the results.

🌮 BARBACOA TACOS are back today!
I got the beef braising early this morning — low and slow until it’s ridiculously tender, juicy and ready to pile into tacos.

🥣 And while I was at it, I made an AMAZING Chicken Pot Pie Soup from scratch. Creamy, hearty, loaded with chicken and all those classic pot pie flavours. This one is pure comfort food.
