☀️ Hot weather calls for cold drinks and fresh seafood. 🍹🦪

It’s shaping up to be another beautiful summer weekend, and we’ve got a couple of features that are perfect for it.

Our Mussels are back for the weekend—fresh mussels simmered in a rich, white wine, garlic tomato broth with herbs, finished with a squeeze of lemon and served with grilled bread for soaking up every last drop. Simple, fresh, and one of our favourite summer dishes.

Behind the bar, we’re mixing up an Aperol Passion Fruit Margarita. Citrusy, refreshing, and perfect for a weekend like this one’s about to be.

The weather is finally heating up… and we’ve been craving fresh seafood. ☀️🦐🐟

Our AAA Alberta Beef Dip is back on special all day, but tonight we’re excited to finally share two new features that we’ve spent the last little while testing, tweaking, and perfecting. They’re two of my favourite dishes for summer, and I think you’re going to love them.

🐟 Sesame Ahi Tuna Tataki
We’re starting with premium sushi-grade ahi tuna, lightly sesame-crusted and seared rare, then served over crisp cucumber ribbons, pickled daikon, and pickled red onion with maple ponzu, wasabi aioli, crispy shallots, and toasted sesame. Light, fresh, and packed with flavour.

🦐 Shrimp Ceviche
Fresh shrimp cured in citrus with tomato, cucumber, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, creamy avocado, and house-made corn tortilla chips. Bright, refreshing, and perfect for summer
