To celebrate, we have a limited release - Red Barako

For this special lot, only fully ripe red coffee cherries were selected and underwent a Natural Red Process, allowing the coffee to dry inside the fruit and develop greater sweetness, complexity, and a more expressive cup.

Expertly roasted to a medium profile by Alternate Route Coffee in Leduc, this release highlights the bold character of Barako with a refined, fruit-forward side.

Expect a cup that is:
Rich and full-bodied
Naturally sweet
Fruity and aromatic

This is a small-batch release celebrating Philippine coffee heritage and craftsmanship.

We’ve given Tala Coffee a refreshed look, but it’s still the same coffee you know and love.

This new chapter reflects where Tala is heading, with more good things coming, while staying rooted in the quality, care, and story that have been with us from the beginning.

We’ve also made ordering more convenient:
• Pickup is still available in The Orchards
• Beaumont pickup is now available
• Local delivery is available as well

So if you notice something new, don’t worry. It’s still the same great Tala coffee, just with a fresh new look.

As we step into a new year, we want to pause and say thank you.

Though we only joined two markets in 2025, every visit meant so much to us. Whether you stopped by the market, picked up an order in person, or supported us through our website, each conversation, each bag of coffee, and each message of encouragement reminded us why we do what we do.

2026 will be a year of change and focus. We will continue growing our online presence and intentionally pivot toward becoming your go-to source for Filipino coffee, with a special heart for Barako coffee.
