It started with Aaron (that's the guy behind the smoker) and his wife Jennifer. 14 years of BBQ experience, a love of fire and good food, and a simple idea: hosting shouldn't be stressful.

We saw that feeding a team or hosting an event can feel like a lot to manage. So we built a catering business that takes the pressure off the host.

No setup stress. No cleanup. No worrying about whether the food will be good.

We handle the smoker, the plates, the glasses, and the mess. You get to enjoy the event alongside your team.
