So this traditional POUTINE is topped with HOMEMADE PIZZA sauce made only with SAN MARZANO TOMATOES, Mozzarella cheese, grated fresh Pecorino ,a sprinkle of Parm, cup and char Pepperoni then a dash of Parsley, starts Friday June 12! This poutine is topped with SMOKED pulled pork, brined and SMOKED ham ( both house made) and SMOKED polish sausage ( that I bought but it’s the BEST in all the land) then drizzled with house Carolina sauce! SECRET MENU (starts May 29th) ANIMAL FRIES POUTINE! This is a poutine topped with aged cheddar, delicious fried onions, bacon crumble and drizzled with animal fries sauce (it’s spicy but mild and very delicious! Don’t ask me what the secret is just start following the fb page and you will always get the post!

SECRET MENU starts May 22nd! Huli Pork Poutine! This poutine is topped with a sweet pulled pork, jalapeños and a house vinegar coleslaw! It’s delicious ( you can ask for it without jalaps) and just remember the rules of the SECRET MENU!
