Slow down, breathe deep, and savour the morning. 🌿☕️🧘🏻‍♀️

Today’s yoga session, hosted by Namaste North | Hot Yoga & Hot HIIT Pilates in Barrie at Bradford Greenhouses, was the perfect reminder to embrace a slower pace. Surrounded by a lush oasis of greenery, guests flowed through their practice before enjoying handcrafted coffees by yours truly.
