One thing you might notice at Mondo Del Café…

We don’t serve our cappuccinos with latte art.

Why?

A traditional cappuccino is all about the foam. It should have a thick, velvety layer of microfoam that gives the drink its signature texture and balance.

While latte art is beautiful, it often requires a thinner milk texture that’s more commonly used for lattes and flat whites.

For us, the priority is serving a cappuccino that’s true to its style—rich espresso, perfectly steamed milk, and luxurious foam.

Because great coffee isn’t just about how it looks—it’s about how it tastes. ☕️
