I’m actually a fan of American cheese on my grilled cheese but try our real cheddar too! This photo is the real cheddar. But if you upgrade to sourdough because it’s a bigger bread we have to put more cheese to cover the entire bread at no extra cost. Don’t tell them I told you 🙊
