3 years ago, at Christmas time, with great wine, amazing cheese, imported conservas, and the best cured pork you have ever had, we started a journey. We have never stopped looking for the next phase of that journey.

More details to come, but we are excited for the next phase of this adventure. Thanks to all those who came out and supported us and the other amazing vendors at the Prairie Horizon Fresh Market. We are hard at work on the next version of Salt 2.0 and will update everyone as we get closer to launch.

Halloumi! Traditionally prepared from goat and sheep's milk, this white mild cheese is similar in flavour to mozzarella but is ideal for grilling and frying.

We prepared our Halloumi simply with salt, pepper and good olive oil, grilled along side some Mediterranean spiced chicken and topped with fresh tomatoes and chives. Try this amazing salty, dense (and a little squeaky) cheese at your next BBQ or grill night.
