We’re still waiting for it to arrive—but we were too excited to keep this one quiet!

When our previous beef-tallow supplier went out of business, we began searching for a worthy replacement. The good news? Our new Grass-Fed Beef Tallow comes from the same folks who supply us with those unbelievably tasty Graze Chips!

Made from 100% grass-fed beef, this premium tallow is slowly rendered, minimally processed and completely seed-oil free. Its high smoke point makes it ideal for frying, roasting and sautéing—and it adds a rich, savoury flavour to meats, vegetables, potatoes and even baking.

It isn’t a new cooking trend. It’s a return to the traditional cooking fat families relied upon before highly processed seed oils became commonplace. 💪
