Wowsa, this week flew by and I forgot to post, I'm at South Cariboo Farmers Market today in 100 Mile, Friday June 12th 9-2 and tomorrow June 13th at the 108 Heritage Site 10-2pm.

This week I'd like to highlight the Seed bread & Nut/Seed/Fruit bread. this is a fast growing customer favourite and for me it's founded in my European roots with its dense texture and packed full of healthy protein to get your day started or your lunch fueled up!

This product also is vegan, another option to the market products!

My most substantial custom cake order to date has been completed. Today, I will deliver this 18x12 Red Velvet slab cake, carefully crafted for a large family gathering. Notably, the client requested lower sugar content and the absence of artificial red colouring. To accommodate this, I explored natural colouring options and beet root powder emerged as an ideal substitute for artificial red dyes. 😀
